Using MIDI in music production Tutorial

In this video we are looking into music production with MIDI files. We will use midi from www.wemakedancemusic.com to create a song in real time, big thank you to inner hearth for the awesome midi files.

We will import a midi file containing a chord progression, work on the synthesiser and process the part in the Logic Pro X editor and retro synth. Then we process the result using an equaliser as a filter, we can then automate the eq filleting with automations.


Then we move on to ultra beats to program drum in with MIDI, we will use the default ultra beat progressive house kit, then spare the different midi elements to be able to mix down the elements separately.

We then go back to the synths and add the arpeggiator and work on mixing the tracks.

We can then add more midi files and progress with the elements of the song
