Q: What can I do with the templates I purchase, musically and business-wise?

A: Great question. From a music standpoint, the sky’s the limit. The following list – which is by no means comprehensive - covers things our clients do with templates:

a)    change the synths, arrangement, and composition of the track

b)   analyze the structure of the template to reverse-engineer and learn

c)    add their favorite plugins and create new layers

Q: I registered for an account but did not receive my email confirmation. What do I do?

A: Contact us using the contact form by clicking here.

 

Q: I just purchased a product but the download link isn’t working. How do I get the file?

A: Simply log-in to your account; on the left navigation bar select My Downloadable Products and you will see a link with the product name/project files. Download your product from there.

  

Q: Are there a limit for downloads? How many times can I download the products I buy?

A: From the date of purchase, you can download the product twice within 15 days.

  

Q: My friends want templates too. Can I share what I buy with them?

A: When you purchase a template with We Make Dance Music, you are buying a product that is intended for single-use only. The files are not meant to be shared with friends. When you purchase anything from our Full License Catalog, you own the full rights and license to your product so you can share with your friends, sell/license it, or whatever else you want.

  

Q: I got an error messaging when downloading my product. Can you help?

A: Sorry about that! Contact us at support AT wemakedancemusic.com and we’ll send you an alternate download link right away.

 

Q: I am having difficulty opening the project. I can’t figure out how to uncompress it. How do I get it to work?

A: Firstly, make sure you downloaded the files completely. Secondly, double check to ensure that you have the most up to date version of the software as specified in the product description. Q: What types of payments do you accept?

A: We try to keep it as flexible as possible for our customers. For credit cards, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, JCB and more. Other options include PayPal and bitcoin.

 

Q: How do I know that your payment processing is secure?

A: It’s taken us almost two years to get certified at the most trusted level. We use the most advanced processing so that we never, at any point, have access to your credit card information. We are fully PCI DSS compliant and use the highest-level SSL encryption for all transactions. Your privacy, anonymity, and security are our utmost concern. Contact us directly if you would like us to process your transactions offline – anything to make you feel at ease. 

 

Q: I love your stuff! How often do you come out with new products?

A: Thanks for the love! We add new products on a weekly basis. Every Tuesday to be precise. This way, you have plenty of time to remix a hot new template in time for the weekend!

 

Q: I was able to download the file but it doesn’t sound like the demo I heard on your site. How do I fix it?

A: Read over the product description to ensure that you have properly installed all the required plugins in your DAW. Double check to make sure that your interface is well configured to handle the project file. If you still require assistance, contact us and we’ll walk you through it.

Purchase + Download

 

We’ve streamlined the process at We Make Dance Music so you can find what you want and get started with it as quickly as possible.

Upon entering the site, make a selection from the top menu bar: templates, sound kits, FR+L catalog or services.

Upon hovering over ‘project templates’, a drop down box will appear. Choose your desired genre.

Scroll up and down the page and click on the triangle to play your product of interest.

To add additional products to your playlist, click the circle button on the product cover. Add as many songs as you’d like to your playlist and they will play through in the order of their selection.

On the player at the bottom of the page, select your favorite products and add them to your cart by clicking on the circular shopping cart icon on the far right corner of the player. Alternatively, click on the product cover and you will be directed to the information page for that product. Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button to add the product to your shopping cart.

Once you’ve found everything you want, scroll to the top header and click on the ‘Cart’ icon at the top right of the screen.

When you arrive at the page, enter any discount code or gift card you may have.

Review your purchases, and then select ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

If you have a login already, enter your email and password.

If you’re a new user, click the ‘Register’ button.

Fill in the required information and click the ‘Submit’ button.

Enter your billing information and click the ‘continue’ button.

Enter your payment information and click the ‘continue’ button.

Your payment will be processed immediately.

On the homepage, click on account, and select ‘My Downloadable Products’.

Click on the provided link and your file downloads immediately.

Go to your Downloads folder and select the file.

Double-click to unzip/decompress the file.

Click on the project file and it will open in your DAW automatically.


 


 

Payments

 

We Make Dance Music Studios accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and PayPal. No card information is saved at WMDM Media LLC and remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. PayPal is an alternative payment method for those who do not want to use their credit cards.

All of the transaction will be processed in the selected currency, if not autodetected, select the currency you want to complete the payment with. Then process to checkout and pay using paypal or your credit card.

WMDM Media LLC takes many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. We process all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor and do NOT keep full credit card information on record.

 

How can I pay for my order?

We Make Dance Music Studios offers three payment options:

1. Visa, MasterCard JCB, Discovery, or American Express And All Major Cards- Using a SSL encrypted credit card processor.


2. PayPal, a heavily encrypted third party payment processor, is offered in addition to the WMDM Media credit card processor. PayPal is a secure form to pay and used by millions of people daily. PayPal accepts all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners cards) and also allows for debit card and eCheque purchases. You do not need a PayPal account to use this payment method.

 

How can I trust that my credit card transaction is safe?

Our website features a EV SSL secure connection during the transaction, this is the highest level of encryption available on the internet today, keeping your information secure and private. Please note that the charge on your statement will appear as "WMDM Media LLC".
